Congrats Mona for your new preprint in BioRxiv!
Mona has just submitted a new article in BioRviv, where she reports the replication kinetics of several viral RNA dependent RNA polymerases as a function of temperature using high throughput magnetic tweezers. To this end, she has developed and calibrated a new/simple/cheap temperature control system for the magnetic tweezers. This work was done in collaboration with the Poranen lab (Helsinki, Finland), the Cameron lab (Chapel Hill, USA), and the Depken lab (Delft, the Netherlands).
