RNA virus replication

RNA viruses represents the most resurgent/emergent class of human pathogens, with well known members such as Zika virus, SARS coronavirus, Dengue virus, West Nile virus and poliovirus to cite a few. In our lab, we are obsessed by how do RNA viruses replicate their genome, with the ultimate goal of finding the Achilles’ heel of viral replication to develop new antiviral strategies.
